Shipping Timeline
Processing: We strive to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours from our warehouse.
Delivery window: Through Amazon Shipping, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days for metro cities and 4–5 working days for the rest of India.
Real-Time Tracking: Once your Gumzy order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email with an Amazon Tracking ID. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
Safe Delivery Protocols
Tamper-Evident Packaging: Our products are shipped in secure shrink wrap packaging. To ensure safety and hygiene, please do not accept any shipment if the Amazon Shipping seal is broken or the outer box is visibly damaged.
