Tamper-Evident Transit: If a package arrives with a broken outer seal or visible physical damage, you must refuse delivery. For issues discovered post-delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy

Indemnification: The consumer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gumzy and its clinical advisors from any damages arising from product administration contrary to labeled age recommendations, failure to disclose allergens, or co-administration with contraindicated medications.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Exclusive Venue: Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mohali, Punjab.
